Individuals applying to obtain or renew immigration passes in Singapore must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of February 2022

Effective February 1, 2022, individuals applying to obtain new work, long-term, student and/or dependent passes, and those who apply to renew their existing passes or become permanent residents of Singapore, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with limited exceptions. Employers who sponsor work pass applicants and their dependents must include sworn declarations in the work and dependent pass applications, confirming that all applicants are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except where one or more of the applicants is exempt from this requirement.
