24 January 2022 Quebec introduces new flexibility to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program The Federal and Quebec governments entered into an agreement, effective August 4, 2021, to respond to ongoing labor shortages faced in the province that have been further accentuated by the pandemic. The measures are aimed at creating flexibility in hiring foreign workers via the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).
