Global transfer pricing controversy update

This month's BorderCrossings webcast takes a deep dive into global transfer pricing (TP) controversy trends. The panel will look at globally consistent themes observed among tax authorities and highlight special initiatives and focus areas for certain large markets and jurisdictions. Panelists will explain the derivation of challenges and arguments that, based on our experience, tax authorities tend to make in TP controversy, discuss how these asserted approaches may affect a multinational enterprise's (MNE's) overall TP and provide practical information to help MNE tax teams understand and prepare for TP controversy.

We hope you will be able to join us for this important webcast.
