IRS publishes eight more FAQs on Schedules K-2 and K-3 for partnership, S corporation, foreign partnership returns

The IRS has added eight frequently asked questions (FAQs) to its list of Schedules K-2 and K-3 FAQs for Form 1065, U.S. Return of Partnership Income, Form 1120S, U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation, and Form 8865, Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Partnerships. The IRS published first 18 questions in February 2022; the new FAQs are numbered 19-26 on the list.
