The IRS is asking (Notice 2022-21) for recommendations of guidance projects that should be included in the 2022–2023 Priority Guidance Plan. The Service urges the public to send recommendations electronically through the Federal eRulemaking Portal at www.regulations.gov, rather than in hard copy via regular mail.
