In Announcement 2022-23, the IRS provides new credit amounts for calendar year 2022 for the renewable electricity production credit under IRC Section 45, applicable for qualified facilities placed in service after December 31, 2021. This guidance supplements Notice 2022-20. A Tax Alert is forthcoming.
