Bulgaria introduces major changes relating to EU Blue cards

The Bulgarian Parliament passed the Law on the Changes to the Law on Labour Migration and Labour Mobility ("the new Law") on January 19, which implements several changes relating to EU Blue Cards. EU Blue Cards are available to highly qualified third-country nationals (i.e., nationals of countries located outside the EU and EEA) and enable them to work and reside in Bulgaria.
