Netherlands extends residence permit exemption for certain highly skilled foreign nationals

The Dutch authorities recently extended the measure permitting certain highly skilled third-country nationals (i.e., those who are not required to have a provisional residence permit (MVV)) to temporarily work in the Netherlands without a residence endorsement sticker, until further notice. The measure allowing impacted highly skilled third-country nationals to work temporarily in the Netherlands without obtaining a residence endorsement sticker has now been extended until further notice. The eligibility criteria and requirements for obtaining the exemption remain unchanged
