Czech Republic's major amendments to immigration regulations to go into effect on 1 July 2023

On 1 July 2023, amendments to the Czech Act on the Residence of Foreigners, the Asylum Act and other related laws will go into effect, which will impact several categories of individuals including holders of EU Blue Cards issued by the Czech Republic. The upcoming changes are expected to benefit Czech employers by facilitating the process of attracting highly skilled third-country nationals.
