Algeria's annual transfer pricing declaration update; form now due by 30 June

The annual transfer pricing declaration form introduced by the Rectifying Finance Law (RFL) for 2023 of 5 November 2023 was made available to taxpayers on 26 May 2024.

The annual transfer pricing declaration (e-form) for FY2023 must be completed and submitted by Sunday, 30 June 2024. Note that the statutory due date is 30 April, which for FY2023 had initially been extended to 2 June 2024.

Taxpayers needing assistance should contact their tax advisors.
