House Energy and Commerce Committee advances 13 health care bills

On June 12, the House Energy and Commerce Committee unanimously advanced 13 bills to extend Medicare beneficiaries' access to certain telehealth services partially paid for by a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) provision to ban spread pricing in Medicaid, as well as bills to support living organ donors, support research into women's health, lung cancer and preventive services; authorize research into stillborn births; improve Medicare and Medicaid program integrity; and more.
