IRS releases final regulations on prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements for IRA bonus credits

The IRS and Treasury Department today released final regulations (TD 9998) on the prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements for claiming increased credit and deduction amounts for certain clean energy incentives enacted by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). A Tax Alert is forthcoming.
