Dutch regulations governing EU Blue Cards amended

Effective 12 June 2024, the Dutch authorities amended the regulations governing the issuance of EU Blue Cards to eligible third-country nationals. These amendments to the Aliens Decree (2000) are in line with the EU Directive 2021/1883 dated 20 October 2021, which describes the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals who seek to obtain an EU Blue Card for the purpose of highly qualified employment.
