Cyprus extends TY2022 and TY2023 deadline for submitting Income Tax Return and Summary Information Table

On 25 October 2024, the Tax Department issued a letter informing taxpayers that the deadline for submitting the Income Tax Return (Form T.D.4) by persons required to submit a Summary Information Table of intercompany transactions (SIT) for the tax year 2022 (TY2022) and TY2023 is extended as follows:

  • For TY2022, Form T.D.4 and SIT must be submitted by 28 February 2025.
  • For TY2023, Form T.D.4 and SIT must be submitted by 30 November 2025.

Affected taxpayers who need information and/or clarifications should contact their tax advisor.
