November 5, 2024 2024-2022 China Mainland introduces new visa-free policy for nationals of Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Slovakia and South Korea Effective 8 November 2024, nationals of Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Slovakia and South Korea will be able to enter the Chinese mainland for business, tourism or family visit purposes, or transit through the jurisdiction, without a visa. The visa-free policy will remain in effect until 31 December 2025. The visa-free policy will apply to eligible holders of ordinary passports issued by the aforementioned countries. These individuals will be able to enter the Chinese mainland and stay in the jurisdiction for up to 15 days without a visa per entry. Those who do not meet the conditions for visa-free entry or intend to stay in the jurisdiction for more than 15 days will still be required to obtain a visa prior to entry.
