Today, the IRS released Notice 2024-33, waiving penalties for failing to pay the installment of the estimated corporate alternative minimum tax (CAMT) due on or before April 15, 2024, or May 15, 2024 (for certain fiscal year taxpayers). A Tax Alert is forthcoming.
