In recent years, multinationals have experienced a heightened level of international tax controversies. This month’s BorderCrossings will feature EY’s Canadian and US Transfer Pricing Controversy Leaders to consider what is on the horizon and the implications for companies with operations in Canada and the United States. The panel will also discuss important proposed changes to Canada’s transfer pricing rules.

In addition, there will be an update on OECD Pillar One, Amount B, with an emphasis on transfer pricing implications.
