Trump administration executive action alert | Fair and Reciprocal Plan

On 13 February, President Trump signed a memorandum entitled the “Fair and Reciprocal Plan,” which instructs his cabinet to develop a strategy to address non-reciprocal trading arrangements. While the announcement does not trigger immediate tariffs, Trump’s statements indicate this plan will lead to the imposition of reciprocal tariffs. Learn more below.
