Thursday, May 8 | Sustainability Tax webcast series: 100 days in: US federal and state sustainability tax policy update (1 pm ET)

In the latest installment of our Sustainability Tax webcast series, we discuss the status of federal and state sustainability tax policies 100 days into the Trump administration. We’ll focus on the current state of the US incentives landscape – including the Inflation Reduction Act and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – as well as future considerations for this legislation.

Panelists also will examine emerging climate-related actions taken by the states, including new state climate superfund regimes, climate disclosure laws and extended producer responsibility programs. Our speakers will highlight the challenges that these new policies create for businesses.
