Tax legislation is beginning to take shape – the House Ways & Means Committee’s markup of its tax bill is a significant step towards assembling legislation for a full House vote. In addition to extending expiring Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) provisions, the bill includes other tax provisions, several of which, if enacted, could affect businesses.

Join us for a discussion of what’s in the legislation, what we see happening next, and what actions businesses should consider as the legislative process unfolds.
