By June most states will have concluded their legislative sessions and adopted their budgets. For our second quarterly webcast in 2025, our panelists will review significant state tax legislation enacted in 2025, including changes enacted in Washington State, Maryland and New York.

Our panelists will also:

  • Discuss recent federal and state tax legislative, regulatory and judicial developments regarding P.L. 86-272
  • Provide a state fiscal update
  • Examine states that still need to enact their budgets for the upcoming fiscal year
  • Highlight pending legislation in states still in session as well as proposed regulations of interest to multijurisdictional businesses

Please join us for this 75-minute, interactive webcast. We welcome and encourage you to ask questions.
