Senate Finance Committee reconciliation text released; preliminary summary available

Committee Chairman Mike Crapo (R-ID) released legislative text within the Senate Finance Committee's jurisdiction for inclusion in Senate Republicans' budget reconciliation bill on June 16.

WCEY has prepared a preliminary summary, available here, of select tax provisions in the proposed Senate version of H.R. 1, the House-passed One Big, Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). The summary compares key provisions of the House-passed and Senate versions.
