31 July 2025 Ghana announces visa-free policy for nationals of Colombia, Dominica, Mozambique and Sao Tome and Principe On 23 July 2025, Ghana introduced a visa-free policy for nationals of Colombia, Dominica, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe. The new policy allows nationals of these countries to enter Ghana without a visa. Under the visa-free policy, travelers from these four countries may transit through Ghana without a visa or enter the country without a visa for up to 60 days per entry for business, tourism or family visits. Individuals from these countries who enter Ghana for these purposes are not permitted to engage in employment or work-related activities. The new policy aims to enhance the ease of travel, increase trade and tourism, and deepen bilateral cooperation between Ghana and these countries.
