Argentina announces new visa exemption for certain Chinese nationals

Effective 21 July 2025, nationals of the Chinese mainland who hold ordinary passports may enter Argentina without a visa for up to 30 days per entry for business (or tourism) purposes, provided they hold a valid business visitor (or tourist) visa issued by the United States. These individuals may request an extension of their authorized stay once for the same duration, subject to the discretion of the National Directorate of Migration. They are not permitted to change their immigration status while in Argentina.
