24 October 2025 Barbados introduces free movement agreement for nationals of Belize, Dominica and St. Vincent and the Grenadines Effective 1 October 2025, Barbados introduced a free movement agreement with Belize, Dominica and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Nationals of these countries may now reside and work in Barbados without a visa, CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) skills certificate, or work permit. The agreement also extends entry rights to dependents, including spouses, dependent children and wholly dependent parents. Upon arrival, eligible individuals and their dependents gain access to public services, including healthcare, education and other social benefits. Immigration authorities may refuse entry or initiate removal procedures for individuals who present security concerns or are unable to demonstrate sufficient means of financial support.
