22 January 2026 Colombia announces visa-free entry for Belarusian business visitors As of late December 2025, Belarusian nationals may enter Colombia without a visa for non-remunerated business activities, such as participation in business and internal corporate meetings, contract negotiations, conferences and market scoping visits. The exemption does not authorize remunerated work, technical activities or long-term stays. The visa-free policy applies to Belarusian nationals who hold ordinary or emergency passports. These individuals may now enter Colombia without a visa and remain for up to 90 days per entry. A Tax Alert prepared by EY's People Advisory Services, and attached below, provides additional details.
