Qatar anounces automatic one-month extension for all entry visas

Qatar's Ministry of Interior (MoI) has announced a one-month automatic extension for all categories of expired or near expiry entry visas, effective 28 February 2026. The announcement follows the temporary closure of the Qatari airspace due to the evolving regional situation. Both the extension and fee waiver are processed electronically, with no action required from visa holders and no government fees applied.
