For our second quarterly webcast in 2026, speakers from our Sales & Use Tax group, our State Tax Policy group, State Tax Controversy group, and our Washington State tax desk will discuss various topics of interest to multijurisdictional businesses.

  • State and local tax legislative activity focused on digital advertising, social media and data collection and brokerage services and how these taxes differ on scope and application
  • State legislative activity related to data centers, with some states pulling back on credits and exemptions and other states enhancing credits and exemptions to attract data centers to their states

  • Washington State sales and use and business and occupation tax legislative developments
