Nigeria introduces enhanced scrutiny for applications for Russian nationals

In response to recent geopolitical developments, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) recently introduced enhanced scrutiny measures for e-CERPAC and e-TWP applications involving Russian nationals. These measures are understood to be linked to the current geopolitical situation in the region and reciprocity considerations between Nigeria and Russia. As a result, processing timelines are uncertain, and delays are highly likely, including for applications already under review.
