India introduces a mandatory health self-declaration requirement for all international air travelers

India has recently introduced a mandatory health self-declaration requirement for all international air travelers arriving in the country. Pursuant to a June 2026 advisory issued by the Directorate General of Health Services, travelers must complete a Self-Declaration Form through the Air Suvidha 2.0 portal before arrival as part of enhanced Ebola disease surveillance measures.
