Malaysia announces new COVID-19-related entry requirements for inbound travelers

The Malaysian authorities recently announced that all inbound travelers are required to undergo health screenings upon arrival in Malaysia. In addition, those who were present in China Mainland in the 14 days prior to their travel to Malaysia must get tested for COVID-19 upon arrival. Employers may inform affected employees of the new COVID-19-related requirements to avoid delays or complications in connection with travel to Malaysia.
